Mixture made based on Sangiovese and Primitivo, handpicked in Isla de Maipo, in early dates (first days of April), which thanks to the varietal characteristics of the Sangiovese and Primitivo provide freshness, high natural acidity and fresh fruit on the nose. After a wine at low temperatures (15oC to 20oC), performing pisoneos manual and with a high percentage of whole berries - for carbonic maceration - Gets a delicate extraction of tannins to get a fresh, vibrant and lively wine. With 14 months of aging in French oak barrels used, gets an honest wine that faithfully represents its terroir and which invites you to enjoy a second and a third Cup.
